Refund Policy

At Senseful Revive, we are committed to providing professional, high-quality mobile clinical massage therapy services. Please review our refund policy below.

Services Rendered

All completed massage therapy sessions and services are non-refundable. Once a service has been provided, refunds will not be issued.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.

  • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (“no-shows”) may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service price.

Prepaid Packages and Deposits

Any prepaid packages, session bundles, or deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.

Unused prepaid sessions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion.

Late Arrival Policy

If a client is late or unavailable at the scheduled appointment time for a mobile session, the appointment may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients while full service charges may still apply.

Service Concerns

Client satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can address the matter professionally.

Exceptions

Refund exceptions may be considered only in special circumstances and are solely at the discretion of Senseful Revive.
