Welcome to Senseful Revive. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Appointments and Booking

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our approved booking methods. A valid phone number, email address, and payment method may be required to confirm your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (“no-shows”) may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service price.

Late Arrival Policy

If a client arrives late or is unavailable at the scheduled appointment time for a mobile session, the session may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients while full service charges may still apply.

Mobile Service Policy

Senseful Revive provides mobile massage services at the client’s home, office, or approved location. Clients must provide a safe, clean, and appropriate environment for treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse service if the location is unsafe, unsanitary, or inappropriate.

Health and Medical Conditions

Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant health conditions, injuries, surgeries, medications, and medical concerns before treatment. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed physician.

Professional Boundaries

Senseful Revive maintains strict professional and ethical standards. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future services without refund.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept approved electronic payments and other accepted payment methods listed during booking.

Refund Policy

Services already rendered are non-refundable. Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.

Liability Disclaimer

Senseful Revive is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from inaccurate health information provided by the client or unsafe conditions at the service location.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
